At ADO, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do on our bikes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
